When I was Born...

When I was born, my mother was knocked out and forceps were used to pull me out. From that point on she did anything a doctor told her to do. Consequently, she was afflicted with chronic illness as far back as I can remember. This, of course, caused me to go to the other extreme, I tend to look on a doctor's advice with suspicion.

I know they are very necessary and helpful at times. The problem as I see it is not that MDs exist, but that they have a monopoly on health care in America. "Power courrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely." My hope is that the alternative healthcare seekers will be able to unite and force an equilibrium in the US health care system.
